This postcard features Cormaria, which was built as the Sag Harbor estate of Frank C. Havens. The building was complete in 1905, and donated to the Religious Order of the Sacred Heart of Mary prior to operating as a Catholic girls' finishing school from 1943-1949. In 1949, the building was converted to a Retreat House. No date is provided, but based on the image and the expansion to the building in 1960, an estimate is provided.
