Built in 1926 by architect Robert Tappan for Eltinge F. Warner, as a "Spanish farmhouse" inspired home. These photographs were probably taken during Robert Hefner's tenure as East Hampton's historic preservation consultant, and the date is estimated to reflect his work there.
